Zumba

So, you've never heard of Zumba before? It's the latest dance/fitness craze that's sweeping not only the St. Louis area but the entire globe! It involves a lot of high-energy booty shakin', latin & international music, and fun moves! Zumba is a workout that is great no matter what your fitness level (no dance experience is needed-- all levels welcome). Zumba isn't just for the fit, you dance at your own pace so all ages and fitness levels are welcome!

We work with many couples every season and will build a custom routine that fits you and your fiancés' personalities. Have you always wanted to really see what competition is about? We provide dance instruction in several popular American-Styles. Competition ranges from Newcomer to Advanced categories of Amateur, Pro/Amateur, and Professional, and is extremely fun yet still very challenging! Dance Pizazz is St. Charles' only dedicated Ballroom Dance Studio, and host to Missouri Ballroom University. Missouri Ballroom University uses the Ballroom Dance Teachers College curriculum which is the world's premier vocational dance teacher training program.
